Privacy at Home Coffee Notes

Home Coffee Notes is an independent editorial project. It does not offer user accounts, a newsletter or a shop, and it does not ask you to submit personal details to read an article or use a calculator.

Analytics

Pages on this site load two analytics services:

• Google Analytics 4 (measurement IDG-KC52H7B767), which may record page views, approximate location, device and browser details, referral information and interaction events.
• Auspia analytics (analytics.auspia.io), a lightweight site analytics script loaded in production.

These services may set cookies or similar identifiers. Home Coffee Notes uses the resulting aggregate information to understand which pages are used; it does not use analytics to identify individual readers.

Cookies

The site stores a theme cookie when you choose a light or dark appearance. Analytics services may also set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the articles and calculators will still work.

Calculator inputs

The calculators on this site run in your browser. The values you type are used for the calculation on the page and are not uploaded, saved to the URL, or stored by Home Coffee Notes.

Third-party requests

Some pages load fonts and styling resources from third-party services such as Google Fonts and a Tailwind CSS CDN. Those services receive the request needed to deliver the file, including your IP address and browser details.

Advertising and affiliate links

This site does not currently display advertising or use affiliate links. If that changes, the relevant pages will say so.

Contact and corrections

The site does not currently operate a contact form or a monitored public inbox. The contact page explains the current limits.
